This Portable Steamer Is Quicker Than Ironing — And It’s On Sale

“I hate ironing. This is quicker and I don’t have to drag out the ironing board, wait for the iron to heat up, then break it all down when done. So far I’ve used it on a linen shirt, linen pants and a few polyester blouses that arrived so wrinkled I didn’t want to even try on until I got the wrinkles out. Also. I don’t have to worry about singeing stuff I bought online that I might want to return. Reservoir is small, I can do only one garment at a time. It’s travel size, so it makes sense to keep it all small, wish I had bought it sooner, makes life much easier. I use filtered water as our tape water is hard and don’t want all that buildup. Read the instructions so you don’t burn/steam yourself on first go round. Reasonably quite, easy to use, might have to go over some deep wrinkles a few times to smooth out, but it will.” — notnowimshopping

“We have been dealing with having wrinkly clothes for a bit living on the road and hadn’t gotten any sort of iron to resolve it. We decided with this handheld steamer because it’s smaller and lightweight but also is steaming and de-linting when needed. This has been such a game changer for us. We love it. It’s so easy to use and then it stores easily, too. Absolutely love this and wish we’d gotten it sooner.” — Ashley

“I bought this steamer for a trip where an iron would not be available at my destination. I couldn’t believe how well it worked – and FAST. I’ve had “portable” steamers in the past and all were trash. This one is incredible! It has a smooth steam plate and a lint trapping steam plate, it just flips over. The lint one is great for refresh. No more fold lines on t-shirts, no more crumpled look for my inner over-packer and it’s a little flatter than if packing a pair of shoes. I loved it so much I bought one for a friend who hates ironing. I also use it at home instead of an iron. Now I pull things out of the dryer, hang, steam and it’s perfect out of the closet when I’m ready to wear!” — Helpful Heather

“This steamer is fantastic. I travel a couple times a month for work, and while I own an iron and ironing board at home – I don’t iron as much as I would like to. Mainly because it’s a bit annoying to get the board out, set everything up, iron, wait for the iron to cool – break everything down and put it back. And it takes me a few mins to iron each shirt, etc. This thing is so easy to use it’s unbelievable. And it works. To test things out I grabbed an old wicked wrinkly shirt. All you do is pull down on the handle and the water thing pops off, you unplug it and pour in the water. Plug it in and press the button. Boom. In 5 seconds this thing is ready to go. This picture here is me steaming the shirt for legit 25- 30 seconds. Amazing. So this thing is light – making it easy to travel with. It easily fits in any piece of luggage. It is 10x more convenient than ironing. It is 10x faster than ironing. It is cheaper. And it works. I’m thrilled.” — Timothy W.

“This Rowenta steamer was the 3rd one I tried this month. This is a definite winner! Rowenta always comes through with the best irons and now the best steamer. This is very easy to use, takes only a few minutes to steam a shirt, linen pants, long dress. Steam coming out is very powerful and gets the wrinkles out very easily. Its medium weight, not as heavy as other handheld steamers I tried. I highly recommend this. The price is inexpensive. And also comes with a travel bag. Great purchase! Completely worth it. Highly recommend this steamer!” — J. Quinn

I had never used a steamer before and was just a bit hesitant to try it, but I purchased some items that could not be ironed and arrived extremely wrinkled, so this was the obvious and perfect solution for me! The instructions are very straight forward and clear. It is easy to use safely, and I found it to be totally effective. Depending on how badly wrinkled your items are, you may end up having to fill the water reservoir multiple times, but that, too, is quick and easy. I absolutely recommend it! (And I LOVE my yellow one! Fantastic and cheerful color.) Oh, it was also easy to register the warranty.” — Timo S.

“I’ve always had some type of steamer of travel iron when I’m going out of town. I was in the market for a new travel steamer when the one I had finally died in the middle of a trip. When I came back home, I immediately went on Amazon to find my replacement. I was very particular about what I wanted. I needed a steamer that had some style, can fit easily in a suitcase, and be able to steam standing up straight, sideways, or straight down. This Rowenta PurePop fir the bill. I love how quickly it heats up and also the push button to make the steam come out. That’s a great feature because my old one didn’t have that, and there were times I would put down to adjust the garnment and its just sitting there wasting steam. Another good thing about this product is the exterior doesn’t get too hot after using it for 10 mins. Definitely recommend to anyone needed to have a steamer for travel.” — Chris B
